I have used Beeswax and Saddle soap on boots for years. While this is intended for wood walls it is great at re-hydrating boots. I fixed up a pair recently and the result is fantaastic. If you are serious about boot and shoe care, get this and the lanolised Saddle soap. You will NOT regret it. PS. I am an ex soldier so I know a bit about shoe and boot care.
