I bought this wax to use as sort of lubricant for stiff drawers, but it was too tempting and it got made in to a candle instead. I put the wax in an old candle holder, microwaved it, added a wick then let it set. It doesn't smell like the raw wax you get from a beekeeper, which was a bit disappointing, but it does work.

The value of the pack is great, there’s a lot in there to use and at a decent price. It has a pleasant scent, not pungent or chemically, and it definitely did the trick! Really impressed with this! I got it for my wooden boards that go with my sizzle pans, they came without being sealed and I had no idea how to do that anyway I found I could with beeswax, it's pretty easy, do it 3 - 4 x leave it overnight to dry and repeat. Done. I have a bunch left over which I will be making candles with, mixed with some of my favourite essential oils. It's great value and quality for me. I'd recommend to anyone with similar wants.

Nice pack of real beeswax. I make wooden chopping boards and create a cream to keep them in tip top condition. the conditioning cream is a mixture of food grade mineral oil and food grade beeswax. As you can imaging it is important to make sure that the boards are safe for chopping food on. I made a new batch over the weekend using this beeswax and it melted nicely and smelt exactly as I would expect it to smell and look. The cream is often used by friends of mine as a very pure lip balm as well as chopping board conditioning cream. I tested it on Sunday and it feels perfect. I am happy with this beeswax good product..

Hello friends, I selected this MYOC Pure Raw Beeswax For Skin. It's a small bag of quality wax. There isn't that much in there, but a little goes a long way with some formulas. If you're making lip gloss or a salve, you're likely to use more of it than usual and would need a larger quantity to finish a project. It doesn't look like much in the bag but once you put a little in your fingers and work it up, you realize it's the good stuff. Five star quality. You just don't get a lot of it for 10 bucks.

I always use beeswax in my lip balms and lotions and creams. Usually I get the pastilles because they're easy to work with, but I'm a convert. I like this wax because it seems less processed than the bleached, formed variety. I feel like this is a step closer to nature. Maybe it doesn't matter in the overall scheme of things, but to me it seems more pure and a healthier choice.
